1.INTRODUCTION :
Allows the developer to disable or enable fast forwarding during cutscenes (such as the text and walking speed being sped up when pressing ENTER or Z continuously).

2.HOW TO USE:
This plugin can be enabled/disabled at any time by turning On/Off the switch chosen on the plugin's parameter.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: The switch id must exist on the database for this plugin to work.
